Returns & Exchanges

At Pinky's Iron Doors, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece, but we understand that plans can change. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for unused, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Documentation

  Ensure all original paperwork, including your invoice and the issued RMA, is clearly attached to the outside of the original packaging.

• 3.
  Secure Crating

  Repackage your iron door or hardware in its original protective crate to prevent damage during transit; items must be in resalable condition.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
